Long before The Care Collective became a reality, our commitment to serving others was already a defining part of our lives. Through mentorship, community involvement, personal connections, and professional relationships, we've dedicated ourselves to uplifting those around us and creating meaningful moments along the way.

Our Mission
At The Care Collective by Cosme LLC, we provide safe, structured residential care with 24-hour supervision and individualized support for adults with mental health needs. Our approach combines compassionate care, personal development, and meaningful community engagement to promote stability, independence, and overall well-being. We believe every individual deserves feel valued, respected, and empowered. Through personalized support and a genuine commitment to service, we created more than a residential environment - we create a place where individuals can grow, thrive, and truly feel at home.
